Since our proprietor is a vegetarian, we saw it only fitting to include his own cheesy delight.  This grilled cheese sandwich starts like most do but evolves quickly into greatness.  Using a proprietary bend  of cheeses and seasoning, this magical meal will leave you questioning your meat-eating status too.

Served with wheat, gluten-free, or flour pasta, this dish is sure to please.  We boil the pasta to perfection then add canned sauce and affordable off-brand cheese as a topping.  This dish is definitely above average.

Like Don B, this is one not over exaggerated.  A cold cut sammich made of salami, pepperoni, and ham with melted cheese, it's magic in your mouth.  Topped off with some shredded cabbage and fresh fries, this may remind you of a trop to the 'Burgh.  Don will tell you, it's pretty jazzy!

Using home grown lettuce, arugula, and spinach, Chef Avery adds a healthy blend of goat cheese and your choice of locally sourced honey to serve up a a salad that will not soon be forgotten.  This beauty is served with grapes and hummus.

A dish best served cold, the Fifer is a local favorite.  This wheat-based waffle is infused with Fifer Farms fruit and served with a drizzle of local honey.  Exciting and guilt-free, just like dating in college.
